Sites

Take in the beauty and wonder of Juneau, Skagway, and Ketchikan, Alaska.

Ports of Call

Glacier Bay
When a monumental chunk of ice splits off a glacier and thunders into the sea, the impact shoots water hundreds of feet into the air. You hold your breath as you catch the moment on film. Glacier Bay has more actively calving tidewater glaciers than any place else in the world.

Juneau, Alaska
In Alaska's capital, taste salmon baked over an alder wood fire, pan for gold, fly to see the Juneau Ice Field, walk right up to the Mendenhall Glacier, and enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and even whale watching as you have an opportunity to participate in optional shore excursions.

Skagway, Alaska
Some of the aspiring Klondike gold rushers who made it to Skagway took a look at the 500-mile journey that still lay ahead of them and decided a change of profession was in order. Many of them stayed and set up shop in town, making Skagway the largest city in Alaska by the end of the 19th century. While visiting this quaint town, ride the antique White Pass & Yukon narrow-gauge railway, step into the Red Onion Saloon or peruse the restored buildings and wooden boardwalks of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park.

Ketchikan, Alaska
Immerse yourself in Tlingit Indian culture as you view the world's largest collection of totem poles or kayak the colorful waterfront. Additional excursions offered include a Jeep and canoe safari, an Alaskan Lumberjack show, a horse-drawn trolley, biking, jet boating and even a bear-watching excursion.
