Breaking News: Early this morning, Iran shot down a U.S. surveillance drone over the Strait of Hormuz. Iran claims the drone violated its airspace, but the U.S. military denies this.

In response to the drone’s destruction, President Trump tweeted “Iran made a very big mistake!” and called emergency meetings to discuss the U.S. response beyond the troop movements already in progress. Visit our Facebook page for more on this developing situation.

1,000 American Soldiers Deployed in Response to Threat from Iran

I don’t think it’s a secret – Iran is the world’s largest backer of terrorism.

But tensions with Iran, and the ever-increasing threat of war, haven’t been this severe in decades. Even after blazingly admitting their nuclear potential, and threatening Israel and supporters of Israel, Iran is attempting to disrupt oil traffic in the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf.

Iran is Clear with its Intentions

Over the last few weeks, we’ve heard reports of at least 6 tankers falling under attack. And another 2 came under fire late last week. Iran has threatened to blockade the Straits of Hormuz to all oil traffic – placing a stranglehold on 20% of the world’s oil distribution.

Iran isn’t hiding their intentions. It’s very clear they’re eager for violence. It will be the only thing that will satisfy them – and ultimately, the destruction of Israel and her people.

You only need to look at who Iran supports to know this is true:

  • Hamas: Long-time enemy of Israel who is guilty of countless of deaths in Israel – of both civilians and soldiers.
  • Palestinian Islamic Jihad: Responsible for the attacks along the Gaza border early last month, firing over 700 rockets into southern Israel.
  • Houthis Rebels: Injured over 26 people last week after firing a rocket that hit the Saudi airport. Their ideology is overtly anti-Semitic, with the slogan “Death to Israel, Curse on the Jews” featured prominently on its flag.
