Gift of Any Amount Policy

Offers for a gift of any amount are limited to one item only. For additional items, please reference our online store for the current suggested donation, or contact our Partner Services for additional help.

Restricted Gift Policy

Giving that is designated to a restricted fund is confined to Jewish Voice approved programs and projects. Each contribution directed toward an approved program or project will be used for the purpose intended with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by Jewish Voice, the remaining contributions will be used where most needed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds – Most ministry donations are non-refundable, however if an item you received is defective or damaged, we will replace the item or issue a refund. See below for our premium policy.
  • Premiums – At Jewish Voice, we often send a thank you gift in exchange for your donation to express our appreciation. Because this is considered a thank you gift, it is not refundable and we will only replace it if it is defective. We sow these gifts into your life just as you are sowing your gift into the lives of those we serve around the world. Our goal as a ministry is to put your donation to good use as soon as we receive it. Thank you for understanding.
  • Shalom Partnerships – Our Shalom Partners are dedicated to Jewish Voice through ongoing monthly donations. When someone commits to becoming a Shalom Partner, we understand this support of the ministry to be an ongoing commitment for at least 12 months to further the mission. Your monthly partnership is cancelable at any time if you no longer want to support Jewish Voice, but it cannot be canceled retroactively. We appreciate our Shalom Partners and desire for them to stay committed to monthly donations for as long as they are willing and able to support Jewish Voice.

Users can expect to receive periodic SMS (text) messages from Jewish Voice including opportunities to pray, learn more, and support ministry to Jewish people around the world.
