The “Lost Tribes of Israel” are Jewish people living outside mainstream Judaism and in remote places around the globe. Most live in poverty without access to adequate medical care and other essentials. Even more importantly, many have not heard the Good News that their Messiah has come.
Jewish Voice has been meeting the humanitarian needs of “Lost Tribes” communities for decades while opening hearts and earning the right to share the Gospel.
In October 2022, we broke ground with our first Outreach in Zambia. In 2023, we want to return to this new-to-us country of Zambia, to new and familiar locations in Ethiopia and Zimbabwe and continue breaking new ground in other places where “Lost Tribes” Jewish communities live.
These Outreaches are massive undertakings, providing the equipment, medicine and personnel to care for about 10,000 patients in each location. It costs Jewish Voice an average of $240,000 to conduct one 5-day Medical Outreach in Zambia, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe and we expect 2023 Outreach ministries to cost around $1 million.
