Rejoice in the Lord always—again I will say, rejoice! —Philippians 4:4

Beholding the Lord and having your heart transformed by the reality of who He is, is undoubtedly one of the most powerful and life-changing aspects of life. If we want our lives to be transformed into the likeness of Yeshua our Messiah, if we desire to be strong in our faith and able to rejoice in the Lord always, in all circumstances, then we must give ourselves time to sit at His feet and meditate on His Word.

Little did we at Jewish Voice know, when we began a blog series to offer hope and encouragement in the midst of the lockdown efforts to curb the virus, that things would last long enough to extend the series to nine weeks.

Taking Hope With Us Every Day

For nine weeks this past spring, as the coronavirus upended the world with fear, stay-at-home mandates, financial loss and isolation, we turned to Scripture for the hope we each need to endure rough times. The world is opening back up at last after the global pandemic. People are emerging to resume life, perhaps somewhat timidly, and wondering how we will fare as things work their way back to “normal” – whatever that will look like now. We still need God’s hope – every day.
